Amy Robison is a certified holistic nutrition consultant through Hawthorn University. She also has a certification as a traditional foods cook and teacher through Simply Being Well’s Cooking for Well-Being program. Amy is also a 200 hour RYT certified Yoga Instructor, and a WTNC Wise Traditions Certified and am a Co-chapter Leader for the Weston Price Foundation Houston-Galveston location. She offers health coaching, grocery store tours, pantry clean outs, nutrition workshops and cooking classes for both groups and individuals.
She has a passion for eating real food and feeding others! She has said that she has a love affair with nutrient dense foods and making them with her heart and soul. Amy is living the gluten and dairy free life, loves a good yoga class, and has a brown thumb when it comes to gardening. She lives down south in the Houston heat with my wonderful husband David.
